[UPDATE] Housekeeping – Allow to select “Reservation code” when posting room damage

Housekeeper would like to select the booking assigned the physical room and specific room number that is checking in or checked out in order to post the damage information and conveniently track and manage. 

How to proceed

Which rooms that are assigned to Hskper and hkpser click “process” (1) button to start HSKP procedure, If there is room that hskper checked and found out the damage item, user can choose that room (2) and click upload button (3) to post damage thing

Then pop up is open and user need to fulfill the necessary information fields in pop up:

• Search Reservation code in droplist:
  • The Reservation codes are arranged according to Descending of Departure date
  • User can filter by inputing Reservation code or Main guest name in text box

After selecting the correct reservation code, fulfill necessary information fields:

• Tittle
• Description
• Click “Choose” button to upload image
• Click “Save” to complete

Result: Room damage list for room number 1008

Posted Damage to room list is displayed at relevant screens
