Chức năng (Function description)	Tính năng Room Class trên sub-tab Room Class Configuration (màn hình Room) cho phép người dùng thiết lập và quản lý danh sách các loại phòng với đầy đủ thông tin chi tiết như tên, mã (không trùng), sức chứa, diện tích, tiện ích và hình ảnh, hiển thị danh sách theo tên cùng các công cụ thao tác như Add, Save, Delete, Import, Search nhằm hỗ trợ cấu hình phòng, theo dõi công suất và phục vụ thống kê hiệu quả.

I. Giới Thiệu và Mục Tiêu

1. Giới thiệu

Tính năng Room Class trên sub-tab Room Class Configuration (màn hình Room) trong PMS cho phép người dùng thiết lập và quản lý danh sách các loại phòng hiện có tại khách sạn một cách đầy đủ và chi tiết.

Thông qua tính năng này, người dùng có thể khai báo các thông tin quan trọng của từng loại phòng như tên, mã phòng, sức chứa, diện tích, tiện ích và hình ảnh, từ đó chuẩn hóa dữ liệu phòng và đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong toàn bộ hệ thống. Đây là bước nền tảng quan trọng giúp các chức năng liên quan như cấu hình danh sách phòng, quản lý booking, hiển thị trên CMS, tính công suất phòng theo thời gian và báo cáo vận hành hoạt động chính xác và hiệu quả.

2. Mục tiêu

• Giúp người dùng dễ dàng tạo mới, chỉnh sửa và quản lý danh sách loại phòng theo nhu cầu thực tế của khách sạn.
• Chuẩn hóa thông tin loại phòng (mã, sức chứa, diện tích, tiện ích…) để đảm bảo dữ liệu đồng nhất và chính xác.
• Hỗ trợ hiển thị thông tin phòng rõ ràng trên các kênh bán (CMS) và trong quá trình vận hành nội bộ.
• Tạo nền tảng dữ liệu cho các chức năng liên quan như quản lý phòng, booking, tính công suất và báo cáo.
• Tối ưu hóa quy trình vận hành bằng giao diện trực quan, dễ sử dụng, giúp giảm thiểu sai sót và tiết kiệm thời gian nhập liệu.

II. Các Tính Năng Chính

• Quản lý danh sách Room Class:
  • Hiển thị danh sách các loại phòng theo tên, giúp người dùng dễ dàng theo dõi và lựa chọn.
  • Cho phép tạo mới, chỉnh sửa và xóa loại phòng theo nhu cầu vận hành.
• Cấu hình thông tin chi tiết Room Class:
  • Thiết lập đầy đủ thông tin cho từng loại phòng bao gồm:
    • Thông tin cơ bản: Name, Code (không trùng), Title, Description
    • Số lượng phòng: Number of rooms, Number of rooms on CMS
    • Diện tích: Gross size (m²), Net size (m²)
    • Thứ tự hiển thị: Sequence
    • Sức chứa: Max guest, Max adult, Max child, Max baby
    • Tiện ích/phân bổ không gian: adult, children, baby, wc, balcony, bed room
  • Đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác để phục vụ các chức năng liên quan như booking, báo cáo, thống kê.
• Quản lý hình ảnh Room Class:
  • Cho phép tải lên hình ảnh đại diện cho từng loại phòng.
  • Hỗ trợ import image để cập nhật nhanh nhiều hình ảnh.
• Import dữ liệu hàng loạt:
  • Tải file mẫu (Sample file) để chuẩn hóa dữ liệu.
  • Import danh sách Room Class từ file, giúp tiết kiệm thời gian nhập liệu.
• Tìm kiếm và thao tác nhanh:
  • Tìm kiếm nhanh theo tên hoặc mã Room Class.
  • Các nút thao tác chính: Add, Save, Delete, Sample file, Import, Search, Import image.
• Đồng bộ và kiểm soát dữ liệu:
  • Đảm bảo Code không bị trùng lặp.
  • Dữ liệu Room Class được sử dụng xuyên suốt trong các chức năng như cấu hình phòng, tính công suất, báo cáo.

III. Các Bước Thao Tác Cơ Bản Trên Màn Hình

Dưới đây là các bước thao tác tiêu chuẩn để sử dụng chức năng. Thực hiện theo thứ tự để đảm bảo hiệu quả.

• Truy cập màn hình Room class configuration
  • Đăng nhập vào hệ thống PMS.
  • Nhấn vào menu “Config” trên thanh Header.
  • Chọn Config > Room > Room class.
  • Hệ thống hiển thị màn hình Room class configuration.
• Xem danh sách Room Class:
  • Danh sách hiển thị theo tên các loại phòng.
  • Click vào từng Room Class để xem chi tiết.
  • Sử dụng ô Search để tìm nhanh theo tên hoặc mã.
• Tạo mới Room Class:
  • Nhấn Add.
  • Nhập các thông tin cần thiết (Name, Code, sức chứa, diện tích, tiện ích…).
  • Upload hình ảnh (nếu có).
  • Nhấn Save để lưu.
• Chỉnh sửa Room Class:
  • Chọn Room Class cần chỉnh sửa.
  • Cập nhật thông tin trong form chi tiết.
  • Nhấn Save để lưu thay đổi.
• Xóa Room Class:
  • Chọn Room Class cần xóa.
  • Nhấn Delete.
  • Xác nhận thao tác để hoàn tất.
• Import dữ liệu:
  • Nhấn Sample file để tải file mẫu.
  • Nhập dữ liệu theo đúng định dạng.
  • Nhấn Import để tải dữ liệu lên hệ thống.
• Import hình ảnh:
  • Sử dụng nút Import image để tải hình ảnh cho Room Class.

IV. Mô Tả GUI (Giao Diện Người Dùng)

Màn hình Room class configuration gồm:

• Header:
  • Hiển thị thông tin ngày audit hiện tại và các chức năng chính của màn hình như điều hướng menu, truy cập nhanh các thao tác quản lý hóa đơn.
• Khu vực danh sách Room Class:
  • Hiển thị danh sách các loại phòng theo tên.
  • Cho phép click chọn nhanh để xem chi tiết.
  • Thanh Search hỗ trợ tìm kiếm nhanh.
• Khu vực form chi tiết:
  • Hiển thị khi chọn hoặc tạo mới Room Class.
  • Bao gồm các trường:
    • Name: Tên loại phòng, dùng để nhận diện và hiển thị trong hệ thống.
    • Code: Mã loại phòng (không được trùng), dùng để quản lý và phân biệt giữa các loại phòng.
    • Title: Tiêu đề hiển thị, thường dùng cho mục đích hiển thị trên CMS hoặc các kênh bán.
    • Number of rooms: Tổng số lượng phòng thuộc loại phòng này trong khách sạn.
    • Number of rooms on CMS: Số lượng phòng được hiển thị/cho phép bán trên CMS.
    • Gross size: Diện tích tổng (m²) của phòng, bao gồm toàn bộ không gian.
    • Net size: Diện tích sử dụng thực tế (m²) của phòng.
    • Sequence: Thứ tự hiển thị của loại phòng trong danh sách (số nhỏ hiển thị trước).
    • Max guest: Tổng số khách tối đa có thể ở trong phòng.
    • Max adult: Số lượng người lớn tối đa.
    • Max child: Số lượng trẻ em tối đa.
    • Max baby: Số lượng em bé tối đa.
    • Adult: Số lượng người lớn tiêu chuẩn/phù hợp cho loại phòng.

    • Description: Thông tin mô tả thêm về loại phòng, giúp người dùng hiểu rõ đặc điểm và tiện ích.
    • Image: Hình ảnh đại diện của loại phòng, dùng để hiển thị trực quan trên hệ thống và CMS.
  • Form được thiết kế rõ ràng, dễ nhập liệu, có validation đảm bảo dữ liệu hợp lệ.
• Khu vực nút thao tác:
  • Add: Tạo mới Room Class
  • Save: Lưu thông tin
  • Delete: Xóa Room Class
  • Sample file: Tải file mẫu để import
  • Import: Nhập dữ liệu hàng loạt

  • Displays a list of room types by name for easy tracking and selection.
  • Allows creating, editing, and deleting room types as needed.

III. Basic operations on the screen

Follow the steps below in order to ensure efficient and accurate operation.

• Access the Room class configuration Screen:
  • Log in to the PMS system.
  • Click the Config menu on the header.
  • Navigate to Config → Room > Room class.
  • The Room class configuration screen is displayed.
• View Room Class List
  • The list displays room types by name.
  • Click a Room Class to view details.
  • Use the search box to quickly find by name or code.
• Create a New Room Class
  • Click Add.
  • Enter required information (Name, Code, capacity, area, amenities, etc.).
  • Upload images (if available).
  • Click Save to store.
• Edit a Room Class
  • Select the Room Class to edit.
  • Update information in the detail form.
  • Click Save to save changes.
• Delete a Room Class
  • Select the Room Class to delete.
  • Click Delete.

• Detail Form Area:
  • Appears when selecting or creating a Room Class.
  • Fields include:
    • Name: Room type name for identification and system display.
    • Code: Unique room type code for management and differentiation.
    • Title: Display title for CMS or sales channels.
    • Number of rooms: Total rooms of this type in the hotel.
    • Number of rooms on CMS: Rooms available for sale/display on CMS.
    • Gross size: Total area (m²) including all space.
    • Net size: Usable area (m²) of the room.
    • Sequence: Display order in the list (smaller number shows first).
    • Max guest: Maximum total guests allowed.
