NIGHT AUDIT REPORT ENHANCEMENT

1. Aim: Only show data for dates were run NA process and the data of past dates were recognized for audited date could not be changed. 

2. Navigation: Report > Night audit > Night audit report 

3. Definition of Table in report 

3.1 Booking detail table

• Occupied: Display the number of occupied booking count to searching date 
• Checkin: Display the number of checking in booking on searching date 
• Checkout: Display the number of checkout booking on searching date 
• Noshow: Display the number of noshow booking on searching date 
• Cancelled: Display the number of occupied booking on searching date 
• Reservation Make today: Display a number of bookings were created on searching date 

3.2 Housekeeping Detail table 

• Checkout and Mark Dirty: Display a number of bookings have Reservation type is Checked out and Room status is Dirty on searching date
  
• Maintenance: Display a number of bookings have OOO status count to searching date 

• Mark Dirty: Display a number of bookings have Room status is Dirty ( Mark Dirty = Dirty + Do Not Disturb + Sleep) count to searching date 

3.3 Revenue table

• Display a number bookings have Reservation type is check in count to searching date

3.4 Revenue by Transaction types table 

• Display revenue of transaction types of services were audited
• Revenue of FnB service: is calculated when creating table then run NA process ( not yet print pre check as well as final bill) 
• No calculation of Booking has Reservation type is waiting
