[NEW] Warehouse/Report – Add a new report for inventory export management


Aim: Material issue report provides the general view for output transaction of warehouse in the specific time, helps:

  • Keep track of ingredients, goods are issued to serve operation aim.
  • Take a control of the usage of ingredients 
  • Analysis level of items consumption, item group or store
  • Become base to compare output warehouse with relevant reports (inventory, account) 

1. Configuration

Hotel needs to configure items in below sections to display data on material issue report. 

Navigation: Warehouse > Store 

Proceed to configure in these below tabs:

1. Store 

Add/ Edit a new store:

Name 

Apply for department 

Apply for user

Description

2. Unit

2.1 Add Base Unit

Example:

Name: gram 

Is Base Unit? Switch on toggle

Base units are the smallest measurable items (e.g., pieces, ml). Their conversion rate is always 1.

2.2 Add Unit 

Example:

Name: kilogram

Is Base Unit? Not switch on toggle

Reference unit: gram

Conversion factor: 1000

-> 1 kilogram = 1000 x gram

3. Vendor 

    Add/ Edit a new vender:

    Code 

    Name

    Address 

    Tax code 

    Contact name 

    Contact phone 

    Contact email

    4. Items


    4.1 Add parent group

    Name: Food 

    Description 

    4.2 Add child group 

    Name: Vegetables

    Group: Food

    Description

    4.3 Add items

    Currency: default is USD

    5. Quantitative

    5.1 Add group

    Name: FnB

    Description 

    5.2 Add item 

    Example:

    Name: Fried vegetables tempura

    Group: FnB

    Recipe: Click “+” icon to add a raw ingredient item:

    Cauliflower 100 gram 

    Spinach 100 gram

    Broccoli 100 gram

    Olive oil 10ml 

    Description

    Hotel can add quantitative for items or dishes with configured recipes at 

    1. Config > Promotion > Combo/ Service 
    • Combo tab:
    • Service tab:

    2. Config > Business Area > Outlet > Menu 

    2. Material issue report

    Navigation: Report > Inventory report > Material issue report

    Which item add in Room Detail, Outlet and complete Night Audit process, the data will be got in report:

    After running Night Audit, data will be displayed for both search by Transaction date and Posted date

    Issuing store: Display droplist of store

    Item group: Display droplist group of items

    Item name: Display droplist of items

    Group by: Item name / Item group / Issuing store / Transaction date / Posted date

    Group by view:

    1. Item name

    2. Item group

    3. Issuing store

    4. Transaction date

    5. Posted date
