HM4851- [UPDATE] Room occupancy – Display number of available Special

Aim: Hotel wants to manage the equipment’s inventory to serve special service for guests are staying at hotel 

1. Add “Check stock availability” checkbox and “Quantity” textbox to input amount for items in Special service group at Config > Promotion > Service 

At Config > Promotion > Service, if items are configured with Service type = “Special service”

Add “Check stock availability” checkbox so that user can check to inventory count of this special service item 

• “Check stock availability” check box is checked → “Quantity” textbox is enabled, user can add maximum 10 integer, No decimal. After item is saved successfully. It will be displayed at Room > Room status > Room occupancy screen and Special service availability popup when clicking “Service availability” button in Special services popup in Detail booking screen 
• “Check stock availability”check box is checked → “Quantity” textbox is disabled. It will not be displayed at Room > Room status > Room occupancy screen and Special service availability popup when clicking “Service availability” button in Special services popup in Detail booking screen 

2. Add “Service availability” button at “Special service”popup when clicking will show “Special service availability” popup so that user can check whole available stock of all items are configured. 

At “Special service” popup in Create/ Detail booking, add a “Service availability” button 

• If special service item was checked “Check stock availability” checkbox in Config → “Service availability” button is enabled and click to show Detail of  “Special service availability” popup

1. Date: Default display the date in “From date” field that selected in Special service popup.

2. Number of days displayed: Default display 30 days and limit to input amount of days is 60 days

3. Special service: Default display item that selected in Special service popup. User can select the other or multi items that checked “Check stock availability” checkbox in Config in droplist 

4. Search: Click to get data as filtered 

5. Table display the name of Sepcial service items and available quantities per a specific day 

6. Close button

• If special service item was not checked “Check stock availability” checkbox in Config → “Service availability” button is disabled. Textbox of Quantity field of Special service popup only accept to input integer number 

3. Add Details popup for special service (SS) to display all bookings are using SS of that day at Room status > Room occupancy screen

If SS is configured by checking the checkbox of check stock availability field (1)  and setting the quantity in quantity field (2). This SS will be displayed in Room status > Room occupancy

When user clicks Special service’s stock availability (Extra Bed) will show pop up of the bookings are using this special service of that corresponding day.

When user clicks Special service’s stock availability (Extra Bed) will show pop up of the bookings are using this special service of that corresponding day.

Special service used popup: 

1. Date: the faulted date is 27/08. User can click calendar icon to select the other ( Past/ Future time)

2.Status: Definite, Tentative, Waiting

• Default is Definite and Tentative
• Waiting needs to be checked its checkbox in drop list

3. Room type: Show all room types are active in Config > Room > Room Class. User can select a room type in drop list

      User can select the other SS in drop list

4. Special service: Default shows SS CODE that user selected SS in Room occupancy.

5. Main information: User can input Reservation Code, Guest Name, Confirm number, Group Code, Group Name, Company, Travel Agent.

8. Search: show the data as user filtered

9. Table show all bookings have SS, excluding Day use booking and Dummy booking, with information columns as below:

Res Code: Reservation code of booking

Company, Travel Agent

Room Type

Room: Room number

Arrival Date:

• If booking has not yet checked in → Expected Arrival Date
• If booking has checked in → Checkin Date

Departure Date:

• If booking has not yet checked out → Expected Departure Date
• If booking has checked out → Checkout Date

No Of Guests: The number of adults and children 

Booking status: The initial status when booking was created ( Definite, Tentative)

Room rate: 

• Short term: display the first night rate
• Long term: display rate code of a month ( Rate code is set in current date)

HU: House use

COM: Complimentary 

Special services: Display entire special services of that booking, format: quantity_SScode ( example: booking includes 3 kind special services → 1.00 SS01, 1.00 SS02, 1.00 SS05

11. Edit Reservation: enable when clicking a booking, direct to its Booking Detail 

12. Close: Click to close Detail popup
