• Add conditions for canceling booking acceptance
• Conditions required to confirm booking can perform cancellation:

• Booking has Reservation type = “Definite”/ “Tentative”/ “Waiting” and
• Booking has not generated room revenue and
• There may or may not have generated service revenue in the Service Tab and
• Booking has Deposit = 0 and Total balance = 0.

If user added Service > Service tab or added Hskp service > Add more > Post housekeeping Services in Booking detail:

Then 

a. Post service with value (-): 

b. Pay

c. Void

If user added Deposit then Refund to Deposit = 0 

a. Add deposit

b. Refund Deposit 

• Transation tab

• Folio tab

At list reservation list, user can click “Change type” button > select Cancel option 

2. Allow inputting cacellation reason when user cancels booking at list reservation screen 

At list reservation list, user can click “Change type” button > select Cancel optio, a popup cancellation appears. User inputs reason and click confirm to complete: 

The booking’s reservation type will change Cancel
