1. Giới thiệu

Tính năng Modifier trên sub-tab Modifier (màn hình FnB) trong PMS cho phép người dùng cấu hình danh sách món ăn kèm/yêu cầu đặc biệt theo từng nhóm modifier, hỗ trợ tùy chỉnh linh hoạt thực đơn nhà hàng. Mỗi modifier (item) và modifier group được thiết lập với các thông tin cần thiết nhằm đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng và quản lý hiệu quả.

2. Mục tiêu

• Cho phép người dùng dễ dàng tạo và quản lý modifier và modifier group.
• Hỗ trợ tùy chỉnh món ăn theo nhu cầu khách hàng (thêm topping, ghi chú đặc biệt…).
• Tạo nền tảng dữ liệu cho việc cấu hình menu hoàn chỉnh.
• Tối ưu hóa quy trình vận hành FnB và nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.

II. Các Tính Năng Chính

• Quản lý Modifier Group:
  • Tạo, chỉnh sửa và xóa nhóm modifier.
  • Mỗi group bao gồm các thông tin: Name, Note.
• Quản lý Modifier:
  • Tạo, chỉnh sửa và xóa modifier thuộc từng group.
  • Mỗi modifier bao gồm: Name, Open modifier, Group, Note.
• Thiết lập Open Modifier:
  • Cho phép nhập giá trị tự do (ví dụ: ghi chú thêm topping, yêu cầu riêng).
• Thao tác nhanh:
  • Add Group: Tạo mới nhóm modifier.
  • Add Item: Thêm mới modifier vào group.
  • Save: Lưu thông tin khi thêm mới hoặc chỉnh sửa.
  • Delete: Xóa group hoặc item đã chọn (có xác nhận).
• Đồng bộ và kiểm soát dữ liệu:
  • Đảm bảo modifier được liên kết đúng với group.
  • Dữ liệu được sử dụng xuyên suốt trong cấu hình menu và order.

III. Các Bước Thao Tác Cơ Bản Trên Màn Hình

Dưới đây là các bước thao tác tiêu chuẩn để sử dụng chức năng. Thực hiện theo thứ tự để đảm bảo hiệu quả.

• Truy cập màn hình Modifier
  • Đăng nhập vào hệ thống PMS.
  • Nhấn vào menu “Config” trên thanh Header.
  • Chọn Business area > FnB > Modifier.
  • Hệ thống hiển thị màn hình Modifier.
• Xem danh sách modifier:
  • Danh sách modifier group và item hiển thị theo cấu trúc phân cấp.
  • Click vào group hoặc item để xem chi tiết bên màn hình bên phải.
• Tạo modifier group:
  • Nhấn Add Group.
  • Nhập Name và Note.
  • Nhấn Save để lưu.
• Tạo modifier:
  • Chọn group cần thêm modifier.
  • Nhấn Add Item.
  • Nhập các thông tin: Name, Open modifier, Group, Note.
  • Nhấn Save để lưu.
• Chỉnh sửa modifier/group:
  • Chọn group hoặc item cần chỉnh sửa.
  • Cập nhật thông tin trong form chi tiết.
  • Nhấn Save để lưu thay đổi.
• Xóa modifier/group:
  • Chọn group hoặc item cần xóa.
  • Nhấn Delete và xác nhận thao tác.
• Kiểm tra và đồng bộ dữ liệu:
  • Sau khi thêm, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa, kiểm tra danh sách để đảm bảo dữ liệu hiển thị chính xác.
  • Đảm bảo bàn và QR image được đồng bộ với hall plan và module liên quan.

Màn hình Modifier gồm:

• Header:
  • Hiển thị thông tin ngày audit hiện tại và các chức năng chính của màn hình như điều hướng menu, truy cập nhanh các thao tác quản lý hóa đơn.
• Khu vực danh sách:
  • Hiển thị danh sách modifier group và các item theo dạng phân cấp.
  • Cho phép click chọn nhanh để xem và chỉnh sửa.
• Khu vực chi tiết:
  • Hiển thị khi chọn group hoặc item.
  • Form bao gồm các trường:
    • Đối với group: Name, Note
    • Đối với item: Name, Open modifier, Group, Note
  • Thiết kế rõ ràng, dễ nhập liệu, có validation đảm bảo dữ liệu hợp lệ.
• Khu vực nút thao tác:
  • Add Group: Tạo mới một nhóm modifier (modifier group) để quản lý và phân loại các món ăn kèm/yêu cầu đặc biệt.
  • Add Item: Thêm mới một modifier (item) vào group đã chọn, dùng để cấu hình món ăn kèm hoặc yêu cầu tùy chỉnh cho món chính.
  • Save: Lưu lại thông tin khi tạo mới hoặc chỉnh sửa modifier group hoặc modifier item.
  • Delete: Xóa modifier group hoặc modifier item đang được chọn (có hiển thị popup xác nhận trước khi thực hiện).
  • Tất cả nút thao tác được bố trí rõ ràng, dễ thao tác.
• Trạng thái và phản hồi hệ thống:
  • Hiển thị thông báo khi thêm, chỉnh sửa, xóa hoặc có lỗi.
  • Popup xác nhận khi thực hiện thao tác xóa.
  • Validation hiển thị trực tiếp tại các trường nhập.
• Tính thân thiện và tối ưu trải nghiệm:
  • Giao diện trực quan, thao tác nhanh, dễ sử dụng.
  • Hỗ trợ quản lý dữ liệu theo cấu trúc rõ ràng.
  • Tương thích tốt trên desktop và tablet, phù hợp vận hành FnB hàng ngày.

• Save: Save information when adding or editing.
• Delete: Delete the selected group or item (with confirmation).

III. Basic operations on the screen

Follow the steps below in order to ensure efficient and accurate operation.

• Access the Modifier Screen
  • Log in to the PMS system.
  • Click the “Config” menu on the header bar.
  • Select Business area > FnB > Modifier.
  • The system displays the Modifier screen.
• View Modifier List:
  • The list of modifier groups and items is displayed in a hierarchical structure.
  • Click on a group or item to view its details on the right panel.
• Create Modifier Group:
  • Click Add Group.
  • Enter Name and Note.
  • Click Save to store the group.
• Create Modifier (Item):
  • Select the group where you want to add the modifier.
  • Click Add Item.
  • Enter the information: Name, Open modifier, Group, Note.
  • Click Save to store the item.
• Edit Modifier/Group:
  • Select the group or item you want to edit.
  • Update the information in the detail form.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.
• Delete Modifier/Group:

List Area:

• The form includes the following fields:
  • For group: Name, Note

• Validation messages appear directly on input fields if data is invalid.
