1. Giới thiệu

Tính năng Tables trong màn hình FnB của hệ thống PMS là công cụ cho phép người dùng cấu hình bàn ăn trong nhà hàng dựa trên danh sách hall plans đã khai báo. Người dùng có thể thiết lập các thông tin cơ bản cho từng bàn như tên bàn, slot, hall plan, mô tả, đồng thời sau khi tạo bàn thành công, hệ thống cung cấp QR image duy nhất để điều hướng khách hàng đến E-menu của bàn đó. Tính năng này giúp quản lý không gian nhà hàng, theo dõi số lượng bàn, phân bổ phục vụ và hỗ trợ trải nghiệm khách hàng hiện đại.

2. Mục tiêu

• Cho phép người dùng dễ dàng tạo, chỉnh sửa và quản lý danh sách bàn theo từng hall.
• Đảm bảo mọi thông tin bàn được thiết lập chính xác và đồng bộ với hall plan tương ứng.
• Hỗ trợ quản lý QR code riêng cho từng bàn, phục vụ điều hướng khách hàng đến E-menu.
• Tối ưu hóa việc vận hành nhà hàng bằng giao diện trực quan, thao tác nhanh và dễ sử dụng trên desktop và tablet.
• Giảm thiểu thao tác thủ công, nâng cao hiệu suất quản lý không gian và trải nghiệm khách hàng.

II. Các Tính Năng Chính

• Quản lý danh sách bàn:
  • Tạo, chỉnh sửa và xóa bàn trong nhà hàng.
  • Mỗi bàn được cấu hình các thông tin: name, slot, hall plan, description.
  • Đảm bảo dữ liệu bàn được quản lý tập trung và đồng bộ trong PMS.
• Quản lý QR image:
  • Hệ thống tạo QR image duy nhất cho từng bàn.
  • Cho phép tải xuống hoặc in QR image trực tiếp từ form chi tiết bàn.
  • Hỗ trợ khách hàng truy cập E-menu nhanh chóng và chính xác qua việc dùng thiết bị di động quét trực tiếp lên QR image
• Thao tác nhanh (Action Buttons):
  • Add: Tạo bàn mới.
  • Save: Lưu thông tin khi thêm mới hoặc chỉnh sửa.
  • Delete: Xóa bàn đã chọn (có xác nhận).
  • Các nút Download và Print nằm dưới trường QR image để xuất QR code trong màn hình Chi tiết bàn.
• Đồng bộ và kiểm soát dữ liệu:
  • Đảm bảo mọi bàn được liên kết với hall plan tương ứng.
  • Các thay đổi về bàn và QR code được áp dụng chính xác trong các module liên quan như order, E-menu và quản lý bàn.

III. Các Bước Thao Tác Cơ Bản Trên Màn Hình

Dưới đây là các bước thao tác tiêu chuẩn để sử dụng chức năng. Thực hiện theo thứ tự để đảm bảo hiệu quả.

• Truy cập màn hình Menu
  • Đăng nhập vào hệ thống PMS.
  • Nhấn vào menu “Config” trên thanh Header.
  • Chọn Business area > FnB > Tables.
  • Hệ thống hiển thị màn hình Tables.
• Xem danh sách bàn:
  • Danh sách bàn hiển thị tại khu vực bên trái màn hình được nhóm theo hall plans đã được cấu hình.
  • Sử dụng thanh Search để tìm nhanh theo tên bàn.
  • Click vào bàn để xem chi tiết ở khu vực bên phải.
• Thêm mới bàn (Add):
  • Nhấn Add để mở form tạo bàn mới.
  • Nhập các thông tin: Name, Slot, Hall plan, Description.
  • Nhấn Save để lưu bàn và tạo QR image tự động.
• Chỉnh sửa bàn:
  • Click vào bàn cần chỉnh sửa.
  • Cập nhật các thông tin cần thiết trong form chi tiết.
  • Nhấn Save để lưu thay đổi.
• Xóa bàn:
  • Chọn bàn cần xóa.
  • Nhấn Delete và xác nhận thao tác.
  • Lưu ý: Thao tác yêu cầu quyền phù hợp, hệ thống hiển thị cảnh báo xác nhận.
• Quản lý QR image:
  • Sau khi bàn được tạo, QR image sẽ xuất hiện trong form chi tiết.
  • Dùng các nút Download hoặc Print để xuất QR code phục vụ khách hàng.
• Kiểm tra và đồng bộ dữ liệu:
  • Sau khi thêm, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa, kiểm tra danh sách để đảm bảo dữ liệu hiển thị chính xác.
  • Đảm bảo bàn và QR image được đồng bộ với hall plan và module liên quan.

IV. Mô Tả GUI (Giao Diện Người Dùng)

Màn hình Tables gồm:

• Header:
  • Hiển thị thông tin ngày audit hiện tại và các chức năng chính của màn hình như điều hướng menu, truy cập nhanh các thao tác quản lý hóa đơn.
• Khu vực danh sách bàn:
  • Nằm bên trái màn hình.
  • Hiển thị toàn bộ danh sách bàn đã được cấu hình theo hall plan.
  • Hỗ trợ Search nhanh và click trực tiếp để xem chi tiết.
• Khu vực chi tiết bàn:
  • Hiển thị khi chọn bàn hoặc nhấn Add.
  • Form nằm bên phải màn hình với các trường:
    • Name: Tên bàn
    • Slot: số lượng khách tối đa có thể dùng tại bàn, người dùng phải nhập số nguyên dương.
    • Hall plan: Hall mà bàn thuộc về, cấu hình dựa trên danh sách hall plans đã được cấu hình trong khách sạn.
    • Description: Ghi chú
    • QR image: Mã QR duy nhất cho bàn, nút “Download” và “Print” bên dưới QR image để xuất hoặc in mã.
  • Form rõ ràng, dễ nhập liệu, validation đảm bảo dữ liệu hợp lệ.
• Khu vực nút thao tác:
  • Add: Tạo mới bàn
  • Save: Lưu thông tin khi thêm mới hoặc chỉnh sửa
  • Delete: Xóa bàn đã chọn (có xác nhận)
• Trạng thái và phản hồi hệ thống:
  • Hiển thị thông báo khi thực hiện thao tác thêm, chỉnh sửa, xóa hoặc lỗi dữ liệu.
  • Popup xác nhận xuất hiện khi thao tác xóa.
  • Validation hiển thị trực tiếp tại các trường nhập liệu nếu dữ liệu không hợp lệ.
• Tính thân thiện và tối ưu trải nghiệm:
  • Giao diện chia rõ danh sách và chi tiết, thao tác nhanh, trực quan.
  • Hỗ trợ click chọn, chỉnh sửa trực tiếp, tìm kiếm tức thì.
  • Tương thích tốt trên desktop và tablet, phù hợp cho vận hành F&B hàng ngày.

The Tables feature in the FnB screen of the PMS system is a tool that allows users to configure dining tables in a restaurant based on predefined hall plans. Users can set up basic information for each table such as table name, slot, hall plan, and description. After a table is successfully created, the system provides a unique QR image that directs customers to the table’s E-menu. This feature helps manage restaurant space, track the number of tables, allocate service efficiently, and enhance a modern customer experience.

2. Objectives

• Enable users to easily create, edit, and manage table lists by hall.
• Ensure all table information is accurately configured and synchronized with the corresponding hall plan.
• Support management of unique QR codes for each table to guide customers to the E-menu.
• Optimize restaurant operations with an intuitive interface and fast, user-friendly interactions on both desktop and tablet.
• Minimize manual operations, improve space management efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

II. Primary features

Table List Management:

• Create, edit, and delete tables within the restaurant.
• Each table is configured with information such as name, slot, hall plan, and description.
• Ensure table data is centrally managed and synchronized within the PMS.

QR Image Management:

• The system generates a unique QR image for each table.
• Allows users to download or print the QR image directly from the table detail form.
• Enables customers to quickly and accurately access the E-menu by scanning the QR image using mobile devices.

Quick Actions (Action Buttons):

• Add: Create a new table.
• Save: Save information when adding or editing a table.
• Delete: Delete the selected table (with confirmation).
• Download and Print buttons are located below the QR image field to export the QR code on the Table Detail screen.

Data Synchronization and Control:

• Ensure every table is linked to the corresponding hall plan.
• Changes to tables and QR codes are accurately applied across related modules such as Order, E-menu, and table management.

III. Basic operations on the screen

Follow the steps below in order to ensure efficient and accurate operation.

• Access the Menu Screen
  • Log in to the PMS system.
  • Click the “Config” menu on the header bar.
  • Select Business area > FnB > Tables.
  • The system displays the Tables screen.
• View Table List:
  • The table list is displayed on the left side of the screen, grouped by configured hall plans.
  • Use the Search bar to quickly find tables by name.
  • Click on a table to view its details on the right panel.
• Add New Table (Add):
  • Click Add to open the new table creation form.
  • Enter the required information: Name, Slot, Hall plan, and Description.
  • Click Save to store the table and automatically generate a QR image.
• Edit Table:
  • Select the table you want to edit.
  • Update the necessary information in the detail form.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.
• Delete Table:
  • Select the table you want to delete.
  • Click Delete and confirm the action.
  • Note: This action requires appropriate permissions, and the system will display a confirmation prompt.
• QR Image Management:
  • After a table is created, the QR image will appear in the detail form.
  • Use the Download or Print buttons to export the QR code for customer use.
• Data Verification and Synchronization:
  • After adding, editing, or deleting, review the table list to ensure data is displayed correctly.
  • Ensure that tables and QR images are properly synchronized with the corresponding hall plans and related modules.

IV. GUI Description (User Interface)

Tables screen overview

Header

• Displays the current audit date and the main functions of the screen, such as menu navigation and quick access to transaction management actions.

Table List Section:

• Located on the left side of the screen.
• Displays the full list of configured tables grouped by hall plans.
• Supports quick search and direct click to view details.

Table Detail Section:

• Displayed when selecting a table or clicking Add.
• The form is located on the right side of the screen with the following fields:
  • Name: Table name
  • Slot: Maximum number of guests allowed at the table (must be a positive integer)
  • Hall plan: The hall to which the table belongs, configured based on the predefined hall plans in the system
  • Description: Notes
  • QR image: A unique QR code for the table, with Download and Print buttons below to export or print the code
• The form is clear, easy to use, and includes validation to ensure data accuracy.

Action Buttons Section:

• Add: Create a new table
• Save: Save information when adding or editing
• Delete: Delete the selected table (with confirmation)

System Status and Feedback:

• Displays notifications for actions such as add, edit, delete, or data errors.
• A confirmation popup appears when performing delete actions.
• Validation messages are shown directly on input fields if the data is invalid.

Usability and User Experience Optimization:

• The interface clearly separates the list and detail sections for quick and intuitive operations.
• Supports direct selection, inline editing, and instant search.
• Optimized for both desktop and tablet, making it suitable for daily F&B operations.
