[NEW] HM-6045 REPORT – Cancelled/ No-show reservation report

The system shall generate a consolidated report of cancelled and no-show bookings for the following purposes:

  • To monitor and compare trends in cancelled and no-show bookings over defined periods.
  • To analyze booking channels, customer segments, and related factors in order to support improvements in operational processes, marketing strategies, and booking policies.
  • To evaluate and compare potential lost revenue (anticipated revenue not realized) resulting from cancellations or no-shows.
