View in-house and next booking dates on Task assignment

Menu path: Room > Housekeeping > Task assignment

Use the Task assignment screen to see which rooms are occupied now and when each room’s next guest arrives. The Inhouse booking and Next booking columns show both stay periods, so you don’t need to open each reservation.

Screen overview

A. Tabs. Switch between Task assignment, Room condition, Room to clean, OOO/OOS, Lost and found, and Housekeeping service.

B. Filters. Narrow the list by Building, Floor, Room type, Room, Room status, FO status and Reservation status. In the screenshot, FO status is set to Occupied.

C. Action buttons. Update No. Of Person and Room damage.

D. Room list. Shows each room’s type, room status (for example Dirty or Inspected), FO status and reservation status.

E. Inhouse booking. The stay period of the guest currently in the room.

F. Next booking. The stay period of the next reservation for the same room.

G. Person counts. FO No. of person (Adult, Child) and HK No. of person (Adult, Child).

Check a room’s current and upcoming stay

1. Go to Room > Housekeeping and open the Task assignment tab.
2. Set FO status to Occupied to list only rooms with a guest in house.
3. Find the room in the Room column. To sort rooms, select the sort arrows beside the column name.
4. Read the Inhouse booking column. Result: It shows the current stay as check-in date - check-out date, for example 2026-10-18 - 2026-10-27 for room 305.
5. Read the Next booking column. Result: It shows the next reservation’s stay period, for example 2026-11-01 - 2026-12-01 for room 303.

Rules:

• If Next booking is blank, the room has no later reservation.
• Dates use the format YYYY-MM-DD.
• The first date is check-in and the second is check-out [confirm].

Filter the room list

1. Open any of the filters in section B (Building, Floor, Room type, Room, Room status, FO status, Reservation status).
2. Select a value. To clear a filter, select the X beside it. Result: The list shows only matching rooms, with their in-house and next booking dates.
