HM-5610 [UPDATE] Cashier Transaction – Add a “Balance” column and the “Non-zero balance” checkbox to the Booking section

Users access the system via the Cashier > Transaction screen and can view the balance directly on the booking grid without opening the booking details.

Users can filter bookings with non-zero balances by checking the “Non-zero balance” checkbox; the system will filter and only display bookings with non-zero balances (both positive and negative).

Users can combine this filter with existing filters.

If the user deselects the booking filter by unchecking the “Non-zero balance” checkbox, the system will display all bookings based on other filters (if any) or all booking data.

On the Cashier > Transaction screen, add a “Balance” column to the booking list to display the exact balance for each booking.

Display format: Decimal numbers, rounded to 2 decimal places.

Right-aligned.

Negative balances are displayed with a negative sign (-) in green.

Positive balances are displayed in red. A balance of 0.00 is displayed in black.
