This screen is hotel’s overall booking reservation management, is used for tracking and filtering bookings come from a various channels (including OTA and Booking Engine)

1. Search Filter section (1)

Step 1: User can filter according to critiera as below:

• Search by: confirmation code, guest name, number phone,…
• Confirmation code: 
• Channel: Booking Engine, Agoda, Booking.com…
• Reservation status:
• • Confirmed
  • Cancelled by customer
  • Cancelled by hotel
  • Partial payment
  • Waiting for payment

• Guest name / Phone number
• Sync status:
• • Received,
  • Not yet received. 

Step 2: Click Search button (2) to display data in below table

2. View more drop list (3) select more options:

• Customer’s phone number
• Commission
• Customer’s email
• Nights
• Net amount received
• Payment collect
• Price include commission
• Rooms

3. Excel export button (4): to export data under excel file

4. Print button (5): print out the date 

5. Sync PMS (6):

• 3 dot is geen: synced successfully 
• 3 dot is grey: not yet synced successfully > click to report and sync with PMS

RESULT: bookings are synced successfully from CMS to PMS, they will be displayed in reservation list screen and have download icon in Full name column
