“Prevent deletion of a room in the Config Room if the room has an active OOO/OOS schedule set for the current or any future date.”

“However, if the scheduled date has already passed, it will allow us to delete it as usual.” 

For example The room 502 Status OOO starts from 01-Oct-25 to 20-Oct-25 so 21-Oct-25 It can be deleted normally afterward.
