[UPDATE] Dashboard/ List reservation – Display room status on the “Arrival Expected” popup and the List reservation

User wants to display room status right on the list of upcoming check-in bookings so that they can quickly assess the room availability without having to open each booking’s details or room status list.

1.Room status icon must be displayed if the booking already has a room number
2.Icon must clearly distinguish between Clean, Dirty, Inspected, OOO
3.Tooltip when hovering on the icon must display the status description
4.Room status must be updated every time the user searches in the popup or refreshes data for the Dashboard screen
5.If there is no room number, the icon will not be displayed
6.The icon display interface must be clear on both desktop and mobile

Room status

Vacant Clean		Green	“Vacant Clean”
Vacant Dirty		Red	“Vacant Dirty”
Out of Order (OOO)		Orange	“OOO”
Out of Service (OOS)		Yellow	“OOS”
Inspected		Blue	“Inspected”

1. Room status is taken from the Housekeeping module.
2. Each room has only one status at a time
3. If the booking does not have a room number, skip displaying the icon
4. The icon must use the standard color according to the hotel system configuration
