Room with special service report

Room with special service report is developed for the purpose of statistics on bookings using special services of the hotel, supporting hotel staff to easily control the number of services booked and prepare services for guests to use. The report allows:

Search by time period From – To

Search by each Reservation type

Search by each Special service code

The report data is arranged in order of priority Special service code > Reservation code > Room number and in ascending order.

Describe definition of components on screen report:

 3 Reservation typeDroplist (multi-select)  Booking type.Displays the list of reservation types that have been configured in the Config > Room > Room status tab and have data in the report.Get data from the name column in the room_statuses table and have the parent_code column = reservationType.
 4Special service Droplist (multi-select) Special services.Displays a list of special services configured in the Config > Promotion > Service tab screen and has type = Special service and has data in the report.Get data from the name column in the services table with the value in the service_type column = SpecialService.


 
5Include NoticeCheckboxInclude Note of booking.Allow user to choose to display note of booking.If:Checkbox Include Notice = ON, display note of booking at @Notice in data table. Get data from reason column in booking table.Checkbox Include Notice = OFF, do not display note of booking.
