Room service

We have developed a room service application for the front desk. It will display relevant items in the booking details service section.


I. Add item

Step 1: Go to config and proceed to promotion funtion and choose “Room Service”

• Step 2: Fill information
  • Code

• • Name
  •  Extra Charge baby bed

• • Service type
  • Choose “Room”

• Price
  • Price Included Tax ( The amount be included all TAX that we config on hotel)
  • Checkbox ☑ Open Price, Checkbox ☑ Open Price we use for open this price
  • Service charge include 

• VAT
  • Choose VAT

• Period
  • Choose Period 

• Choose Transaction type

•  Choose Store

• Take a note and upload image not required.
  Save

II. Search item

Search an item here 

III. Edit item

• Please choose an item. We have the ability to make edits on
  • Name 
  • Service type
  • Store
  •  Quantitative and note.
  • Save

III. Delete item

• Search an item here 

• Scroll down Delete “Delete”. If you delete it, The system will prompt you to sure delete it?
