Go to room proceed to room status choose Room occupancy






I. View Room Occupancy

• Room occupancy function it show all the room type, total room, Total out of order, Total stay over room, Total vacant ready, Total occupied room, Total available, Room occupancy every day.
• Please note that the system considers bookings that has Reservation type Check in, Definite, Tentative as occupied booking.
• Besides, dummy room is not included in Room occupancy.
  

II. Search by date or week or custom

• Search by Date:  today, Tomorrow, Week, month
  

• For example search by month
  

• Search by custom (2024-07-01 to 2024-07-31)

 

III.  Export to excel: 

Click Excel button to export data that showing on screen
