Rollback Check-in

The rollback check-in function allows you to undo or cancel a check-in, typically requiring a reason for the action.

Note: A booking that has a room fee cannot be rolled back.

Step 1: Locate the booking with the reservation type Check-in, and click the Rollback Checkin button (1).

Step 2: The system will prompt you to confirm the rollback check-in. Click the Yes button (2) to proceed.

Step 3: Select the room status (Dirty, Clean, or Inspected) depending on the room’s current condition. Then, click the OK button.

Result: The reservation type is automatically updated to Definite after the booking is successfully rolled back check-in.
