Navigation: Click on the Report menu in the top navigation bar > Select Revenue include tax report

The list of Code and Description columns is taken from Config > Currency > Transaction > Revenue Tab. These data are the master data of the Hotel. 

From – to column includes small columns In order: Sub Amount, Service Charge, ACT, ABT, VAT, Total

  If user wants to extract data is Range

  1. Range button: User wants to check revenue include tax based on Range

  2. Select the date from “21/01/2025” to “20/02/2025”,

  3. Search button: data will be extracted from the begin (0h) “21/01/2025” to the end (23h59′) “20/02/2025”

If user wants to extract data is Date

  1. Date button: User wants to check revenue include tax of a date 

  2. Select a date “20/02/2025” between the past date and current date

  3. Search button: data will be extracted from the begin (0h) to the end (23h59′) of “20/02/2025”

  “Today” Column: displays Today’s Revenue
  “M-T-D” Column: (Month To Date): displays data from the 1st of the month to today
  “Y-T-D” Column: (Year To Date): displays data from the 1st of the year to today.

In the upper right corner of the screen, there are 2 buttons:

Excel button: export data under excel format. 

Print button: print report
