1. View OTA Room Sale

By default, the OTA Room Sale page displays the sales of all room types for the next seven days.

You can filter the sales results by specific room type (1), rate plan (2), OTA (3), or time (4), then click the Search button (5) to view the results.

3. Stop sell

Step 1: select OTA channel (1) in drop list, can

• Filter Room type/ Rate plan/ a specific OTA channel (1.1) > Search (1.2) 
• Custom time period (1.3)
• Scroll down and seclect directly in table

Step 2: Select a specific date that hotel does not want to sell on OTA channel by clicking check icon (2)

a pop up “Update stopsell” will display, select

• Stop sell (2.1) button: complete to change
• Cancel (2.2) button: no change made

Step 3: After selecting Stop sell (2.1) button > check icon will change “x” (3) > Click

a pop up “Apply remove stopsell”:

• Remove stop sell (3.1) button: complete to change
• Cancel (3.2) button: no change made

Step 4: Click init data button (4) to sync the latest data on OTA channel

Step 5: Click Sync OTA to push changed data to Staah Page, then Staah will push to OTA channel.
