HM-6083- [UPDATE] Booking Service – Not allow using the “Open Price” already been audited

- Users are not allowed to edit the open price for services added on a date that has already passed the audit.
- Users are not allowed to edit the open price for services already added to a booking with reservation type = “Cancelled”/ “Checkout”/ “Noshow”.
- The rule for displaying the service line (config check open price) is added when the audit date is less than the current audit date:
- Display the state text “Service name” = disabled (shown in black like normal text) to prevent the user from clicking on it and opening the “Open price” popup.
