HM-5243 [UPDATE] BOOKINGS – Add “Save and Checkin” button to the Create reservation/ Reservation detail screen 

1. Add a “Save and Checkin” button to the Create reservation screen.

On the Create reservation screen, a “Save and Checkin” button is displayed, allowing the user to create and check in for a booking.

Button location: to the left of the “Save” button, to the right of the “Save and Print Registration” button.

Conditions for successful check-in:

• Required fields must not be null.
• Reservation type = “Definite”/ “Tentative”
• Room assigned

Main flow: The check-in button is used for check-in and booking creation.

Conditions for displaying the “Save and Checkin” button:

• The user has the right to “Create booking” = true and the right to Check in = true.

The following scenarios occur after the user clicks the “Save and Checkin” button:

2. Add a “Save and Checkin” button to the Detail reservation screen

On the Detail reservation screen for bookings with Reservation type = “Definite”/ “Tentative”/ “Waiting”/ “Noshow”, a “Save and Checkin” button will appear, allowing the user to check in immediately with the latest booking information from the Detail reservation screen.

Button location: to the left of the “Save” button, to the right of the “Save and Print Registration” button.

Conditions for successful check-in:

• Required fields must not be null.
• Reservation type = “Definite”/ “Tentative”
• Room assigned

Main flow: The check-in button is used to check in and save the latest booking information (if the user changes any booking details).

Conditions for displaying the “Save and Checkin” button:

• The user has the right to “Edit booking” = true and the right to Check in = true.
• Booking has reservation type = “Definite”/ “Tentative”/ “Waiting”/ “Noshow”
