HM-4670 [UPDATE] DASHBOARD –  Fix the display logic of the ‘Move Room’ field in the ‘Activity’ section of the ‘House Status’ screen

1. Update the calculation for bookings when moving room in Dashboard screen

The figures displayed for the “Person” column and the “Room” column of the “Move room” field in the Activity table will show the number of room changes according to the booking being checked in (excluding the rolled back check in booking) on ​​the audit date.

Including: 

• Moving from physical room to physical room
• Moving from physical room to dummy room
• Moving from dummy room to physical room
• Moving from dummy room to dummy room

Example: On audit date 2025-09-10

Click figure in Room column or Click figure in Person column of Move room field in Activity table on Dashboard screen. We can see information log of move room (booking code: 25A02157)

• Moving from physical room (Deluxe Classic 104) to physical room (Deluxe Classic 101) on 2025-09-10T14:52:06.000Z (1)
• Moving from physical room (Deluxe Classic King C304) to dummy room (Deluxe Classic *001) on 2025-09-11T09:32:05.000Z (2)
• Moving from dummy room (Deluxe Classic *001) to physical room (Deluxe Classic 102) on 2025-09-11T09:35:39.000Z (3)
• Moving from dummy room (Deluxe Classic *001) to dummy room (Deluxe Classic *310) on 2025-09-11T09:38:40.000Z (4)

* Current Room column always display the latest room updated (Deluxe Classic *310)

* Display move room logs by order from bottom to the top (1→4)

If a booking changed a lot of rooms in the same audit date → all move room logs of this booking in pop up will be colored pink to check easily: 

2. Update log on Move room log report screen

Make sure the data displayed on the Move room field in the Room column on the Dashboard screen and the number of records on the Move room log report are the same.

Navigation: Report > FO report > Move room log report 

1. Select Search by: Transaction date (= Audit date)
2. Select From Date: 2025-09-10
3. Select To Date: 2025-09-10
4. Reservation Code: 25A02157
5. Click Search 

Results: Report will display all move room logs of this booking and the same as Dashboard screen’s 

3. Update “Move room log report” interface

• Add option to “Search by” filter: Add option “Transaction date”. When user selects this option:
  • Display @SearchBy value on Subtitle of report
  • The move room data grid is updated based on the audit_date range selected in the
