HM -3978 [UPDATE] Report – Breakdown Revenue for FnB reports

Adding a summary table to know how much revenue is from food, how much revenue is from beverage and Major group column to know if the dish is food or beverage…

1. FnB revenue report

•  Navigation: Report > FnB report > FnB revenue report 

• Revenue Breakdown table:

• Use Classification MenuItemSale (code: REPORT_FNB_ITEM_SALES) ở Config > Business area > FnB > Classification tab.
• For items not configured in the Classification MenuItemSale group (code: REPORT_FNB_ITEM_SALES) → display group by child classification = “OTHER”
• The table consists of 3 columns:
  • Category: Displays child classification.
  • Amount Before Tax: Calculated by Price sum + Discount. Where Price sum is the total amount before tax of the items assigned to that child classification, Discount is the total amount of upcount/discount of the items assigned to that child classification.
  • Amount After Tax: Is the amount after tax of the items assigned to that child classification.
• The table will change according to the search value.
• If no items are assigned to the MenuItemSale class, this table will have no data.

2. FnB payment report

•  Navigation: Report > FnB report > FnB payment report

• Use Classification MenuItemSale (code: REPORT_FNB_ITEM_SALES) ở Config > Business area > FnB > Classification tab.
