HM-3657 QC – [Update] – [FnB Report] – Add a filter function to get data by night audit date. 

1. Add Search by droplist for FnB Daily Revenue Report

Navigation: Report > Business area report > FnB > FnB Daily Revenue Report

“Search by” droplist (1) includes 2 options:

OnSelect Search by = Shift date: defaulted display, when user press Search button, the below table will display all data belong to closing the shift date

OnSelect Search by = Transaction date and press Search button: Get all data based on running night audit date

The Date “YYYY-MM-DD” (2) is defined for the close shift date. 

For example: If table is opened and recorded revenue for shift date on 2025-09-05 (bill code: 4_497) before hotel finished running night audit for 2025-09-04:

Select Search by = Shift date and custom the time period from 2025-09-05 to 2025-09-05 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will be displayed in table and The Date “YYYY-MM-DD” is 2025-09-05

Select Search by = Transaction date and custom the time period from 2025-09-05 to 2025-09-05 and press Search → the transaction of table will not be displayed on screen: 

Select Search by = Transaction date and custom the time period from 2025-09-04 to 2025-09-04 and press Search → the transaction of bill will be displayed in table and The Date “YYYY-MM-DD” is 2025-09-05

2. Add Search by droplist for FnB Daily Payment Report

Navigation: Report > Business area report > FnB > FnB paymentReport

“Search by” droplist includes 2 options:

OnSelect Search by = Shift date: defaulted display, when user press Search button, the below table will display all data belong to closing the shift date

OnSelect Search by = Transaction date and press Search button: Get all data based on running night audit date

For example: If table is opened and recorded revenue for shift date on 2025-09-05 (bill code: 4_497) before hotel finished running night audit for 2025-09-04:

Select Search by = Shift date and custom the time period from 2025-09-05 to 2025-09-05 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will be displayed in table

Select Search by = Transaction date and custom the time period from 2025-09-05 to 2025-09-05 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will not be displayed in table

Select Search by = Transaction date and custom the time period from 2025-09-04 to 2025-09-04 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will be displayed in table

3. Add Search by droplist for FnB Discount Report

Navigation: Report > Business area report > FnB > FnB Discount Report

“Search by” droplist includes 2 options:

OnSelect Search by = Shift date: defaulted display, when user press Search button, the below table will display all data belong to closing the shift date

OnSelect Search by = Transaction date:when user press Search button, the below table will display all data belong to night audit date

For example: If table is opened and recorded revenue for shift date on 2025-08-16 (bill code: 4_460) before hotel finished running night audit for 2025-08-15:

Select Search by = Shift date and custom the time period from 2025-08-16 to 2025-08-16 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will be displayed in table

Select Search by = Transaction date and custom the time period from 2025-08-16 to 2025-08-16 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will not be displayed in table

Select Search by = Transaction date and custom the time period from 2025-08-15 to 2025-08-15 and press Search →  the transaction of bill will be displayed in table
