Hall plans

Config Menu Fnb

• Go to Config proceed to business area choose “FnB” => Hall plans 

1. Add Hall plans

• Hall name

• Save

II. Edit Hall plan

• Please choose an item. We have the ability to make edits on Name and description

And save. 

IV. Delete item

Search an item here and Please choose an item 
Delete “Delete” If you delete it, The system will prompt you to sure delete it?

V. Add Diagram

• Click on Hall Plans 

•  Add Diagram

•  Name

•  Columns is Default 12

•  Description

•  Background

• Upload Image 

Save

VI. Edit Diagram

• Edit on
  •  Name
  • Type
  • Table
  •  Update 
  • Cancel

VII. Delete Diagram

• Delete diagram

• Search an item here and Please choose an item .
• If you delete it, The system will prompt you to sure delete it?
• Delete “Delete”

VIII. Draw diagram

•  Select on hall plans and diagram

•  Add box or add circle

 Add Box Adjust the box to fit. 

• Name

• Assign table
  
• Choose table and update 

•  Rename
•  Description
• Button active on
• Save the diagram

• Scroll down and save

VIV. Edit Table

• Select on table it’s available to edit ( Name, Type, Table)
  
• Update and scroll down save.

VV. Delete table

•  Select on table and delete

• If you delete it, The system will prompt you to sure delete it?
• Delete “Delete”
