Folio tab

In Cashier > Transactions, a dedicated Folio page is now available to enable faster searching and viewing of multiple folios.

This page will be available to users who have permission to access the Detail Booking page.

The Folio page consists of two sections: Filter and Content.

1. Filter section

• Search Field: Allows input of guest name, room number, reservation code, confirmation code, and group code for searching.
• Arrival Date: Allows selecting a date range for the arrival date to search.
• Departure Date: Allows selecting a date range for the departure date to search.
• C/I Today: When checked, filters bookings with a check-in date of the current day.
• C/O Today: When checked, filters bookings with a check-out date of the current day.
• Reserved: When checked, filters bookings with a reservation type of Definite, Tentative, or Waiting.
• In-House: When checked, filters bookings with a reservation type of Check-in.
• Checked Out: When checked, filters bookings with a reservation type of Check-out.
• Reset Button: Resets all selected filters to their default state.
• Search Button: Applies the selected filters and executes the search.
• Note: All filters work based on the AND condition.

After performing a search, the results will be displayed in a table directly below the filter section.

2. Content section

The content section will include basic information about the booking. Additionally, it will display the booking’s transactions, similar to the Folio tab in the Detail Booking page. The action buttons will function identically to those in the Folio tab.
