Complimentary And House Use

COMPLIMENTARY AND HOUSE USE

1. Complimentary Arrivals: These are Complimentary bookings with Expected Arrival Date or Actual Arrival Date = filter date, excluding bookings with reservation type = checkout/canceled, and excluding bookings assigned to Dummy rooms. If:

• The selected date in the Date field is in the past, the same logic applies.
• The selected date in the Date field is in the future, this field will have no value.

2. Complimentary Stayovers: These are Complimentary bookings that are checkin, with Expected Departure Date = filter date, and Expected Departure Time < current time, but have not checked out yet, excluding bookings assigned to Dummy rooms. If:

• The selected date in the Date field is in the past, the same logic applies.
• The selected date in the Date field is in the future, this field will have no value.

3. Complimentary Departures: These are Complimentary bookings that are checkin with Expected Departure Date or Actual Departure Date = filter date, excluding bookings assigned to Dummy rooms. If:

• The selected date in the Date field is in the past, the same logic applies.
• The selected date in the Date field is in the future, this field will have no value.

4. House Use Arrivals: These are House Use bookings with Expected Arrival Date or Actual Arrival Date = filter date, excluding bookings with reservation type = checkout/canceled, and excluding bookings assigned to Dummy rooms. If:

• The selected date in the Date field is in the past, the same logic applies.
• The selected date in the Date field is in the future, this field will have no value.

5. House Use Stayovers: These are House Use bookings that are checkin, with Expected Departure Date = filter date, and Expected Departure Time < current time, but have not checked out yet, excluding bookings assigned to Dummy rooms. If:

• The selected date in the Date field is in the past, the same logic applies.
• The selected date in the Date field is in the future, this field will have no value.

6. House Use Departures: These are House Use bookings that are checkin with Expected Departure Date or Actual Departure Date = filter date, excluding bookings assigned to Dummy rooms. If:

• The selected date in the Date field is in the past, the same logic applies.
• The selected date in the Date field is in the future, this field will have no value.

The value in the Rooms column displays the number of bookings corresponding to the condition of that field.

The value in the Person column displays the number of guests in the bookings corresponding to the condition of that field.
