Night audit is required you to run on schedule that we config. 

1. Check Discrepancy 

Cliclk on check discrepancy 

Then night audit, the room status will be transferred as rule:

	Occupied	Vacant
Inspected	Dirty	Clean
Clean	Dirty	Clean
Dirty	Dirty	Dirty
Other	Dirty	Dirty
Do not disturb	Dirty	Dirty
Sleep	Dirty	Dirty
Pickup	Dirty	Dirty
Out of order	Not be affected
Out of service	Not be affected

Description:

Room is checked in, FO status = Occupied and:

• Room status = Inspected →  Dirty.
• Room status = Clean → Dirty.
• Room status = Dirty and others status → Dirty.
• Room status = Out of order/ Out of service → No change status.

Room is not checked in, FO status = Vacant and:

• Room status = Inspected → Clean.
• Room status = Dirty and others status → Dirty.
• Room status = Clean/ Out of order/ Out of service → No change status
