Rate Plan of CMS will be configured at Dynamic Price tab, process to apply Dynamic price:

1. Add Daynamic Price

Step 1: click “Add Daynamic Price” button

Step 2: Fulfill field information:

• Basic information:

• Dynamic price name*
• Description
• Priority*

• Price calculation formula:

• Creteria: Room occupancy, number of rooms available
• Subject of application: Room type level, Hotel level

• Applies date: select range date to display rate plan on OTA/ BE channel 
• Blackout date: select range date that hotel does not want sell this rate plan

• Applied for: each Dynamic price only applies for a rate plan and a room type, select rate plan in drop list (1)
• Check the checkbox of OTA/ channel (2) that sell this selected rate plan
• Add range > Fulfill information in table (3):

• Occupancy room column: 
• Day columns: can input amount for each column OR input amount in Monday column then click Copy icon to get same amount for next day columns 
• Save (4)

2. Edit Daynamic Price

• Section 1: Type Daynamic Price name or click the radio of status (All, Active, Inactive) to find out the dynamic price that want to edit. 
• Section 2: Uncheck/ check the checkbox button 
• Section 3: Select action: 

• Edit: Adjust the created dynamic price
• Copy: to create a new dynamic price that has same information as the original one
• Delete: Remove the created dynamic price
