A task list is a feature that allows you to assign and manage work tasks. 
 
I. Add task list

Step 1: Proceed go to task lisk

Step 1: Proceed go to task lisk 



Step 2: Please navigate to the task list function.


    • Task group => Clean
    • Task => Clean floor
    • Facility => Apartment 
    • Floor => 1
    • Area
    • Room
    • Department => Department
    • Employee => Who received the package task 
    • Manager => who can approver 
    • Status => Todo
    • Note => anything
    • Due date => date 
      => Save
    • The employee who is assigned will receive a notification about the assignment.

Step 3: Fill information an assigned who handle the task and manager. We Received the task todo , Atfer that the use start processing.


Step 4: Once we initiate the status, it will transition to ‘processing’ and display the estimated time. Update the status.



    • We cant edit the task list 
    • Edit Due date and save
    • Delete task

Step 5: Once again, the task list has been completed, and we can update the status to ‘complete’. Save the task


After we processed the task to “Complete”




II. Advance search

We can perform an advanced seach using the following method 


Search by Department 


Search by status


Search by employee



Sreach by task group



III. Export task list

Export to excel
 


Export to excel => ok
