This function only displays for the user has permission on config > access control

1. View Room Plan

1.1 Screen-level (Layout):

Sidebar section includes Filters:

Advanced filter droplist (1): All, Floor, Room type, Room view, Room direction. Defaulted selection is Floor and Room type, users can check/ uncheck the checkbox of items to filter as their expectation.

Color legend (2): 

Check View by payment’s check box: Color legend is displayed items and corresponding color of items including: Select all, Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid off, Deposited, Out of order. 

Uncheck View by payment’s check box: Color legend is displayed items and corresponding color of items including: Select all, Arrival today, Check-in, Due out, Check-out, Stay over, Definite, Tentative, Out of order, Out of service. 

Other filter (4): Select all, Group, Room is blocked

User can selects all filters (1), (2) and (3) in the same time → proper room rows with selected filters will be updated immediately.

Block tab bar: 

• Each tab represents a Building, allowing you to switch between Buildings
• If there is only one Building, you do not need to display this Building tab bar

Top bar: Display month picker, refresh button, Floor and Room type toggle, Setting button

Main view (Room plan): Room plan, showing Room row by Building and selected filter

Room row: Each Room row represents a room with some key information displayed.

1.2 View modes

• Room type mode:

Status (1) combines FO status and Room status:

Reservation status color rules for Room row (2):

Subtract button (3) is defaulted enable, onClick to Withdraw/ expand the corresponding room type/ floor list 

Room type’s Total available (4), get data from Room > Room status > Room occupancy.

• None assign room: Booking has not been assigned any room yet with RE status’s condition “Definite”/ “Tentative”

2. View Room details

2.1 Popup Room details (for In-house booking)

There are 3 tabs: Reservation information, Guest, Special service

Definition of buttons:

Set dirty (1): Display condition is Current room status is different from “Dirty”, onClick: Room status is updated to “Dirty”. Contrary, Current room status is different from “Clean” Button is displayed with text “Set Clean”, onClick: Room status is updated to “Clean”.

Set inspected (2): Always displayed,  onClick: Room status is updated to “Inspected”

Post transaction (3): onClick: Open the booking Folio page in a new tab

Edit Reservation (4): onClick: Open Reservation details page in a new tab

Close (5): Close pop up

2.2 Popup OOO room

Room status is OOO (grey corlor)/ OOS (orange corlor).

On click cancel OOO/ OOS status, the screen will show Confirmation pop up > Select Yes button to complete status cancellation.

User can use drag and drop to change room for bookingWhen the User drags a booking with the status of Definite, Tentative or Check-in and is still in the stay period, the system allows the Move room action

When the User tries to drag a booking with the status of Checked-out, the system blocks the drag action

When the User tries to drag a booking marked “Room is blocked”, the system blocks the drag action

When User drags a booking to a room that has another booking, the system blocks the drop action

When User drags a booking to a room that is in OOO/OOS status, the system blocks the drop action

The system requires the User to enter the reason for moving the room and confirm the Move room action

The system updates the room status:

Old room: FO status is updated to “Vacant”, Room status is updated according to the User’s options on the Move room confirmation popup

New room: FO status is updated to “Occupied”, Room status remains the same as before

Click the Setting icon on top bar to show pop up, then select item in drop list and  check the checkboxs to view room plan as expectation
