Personal Confirmation form

The Personal Confirmation form contains booking details, which can be printed and sent to the customer. The form can be printed at 3 placements:

  • Print the Confirmation form when creating a booking
  • Print the Confirmation form when editing a booking
  • Print the Confirmation form from the Reservations list

1. Print the Confirmation form when creating a booking

Step 1: Create the booking successfully. Click the Save and Print Confirmation button.

Step 2: The system will ask if you want to include the price on the Confirmation form. To include the price, tick Allow display price, then click the Print button.

Step 3: On the Confirmation form, click the Save and Print button.

2. Print the Confirmation form when editing a booking

Step 1: Under the List reservations tab, locate the booking you want to print the Confirmation form (1), then click the Detail button (2) to view the detailed booking.

Step 2: On the detail booking page, click the Confirmation button.

Step 3: The system will ask if you want to include the price on the Confirmation form. To include the price, tick Allow display price, then click the Print button.

Step 4: On the Confirmation form, click the Save and Print button.

3. Print the Confirmation form from the Reservations list

Step 1: Under the List Reservation tab, locate the booking you want to print the Confirmation form (1), then click the Confirmation button (2).

Step 2: The system will ask if you want to include the price on the Confirmation form. To include the price, tick Allow display price, then click the Print button.

Step 3: On the Confirmation form, click the Save and Print button.
