• Today – Room sold (1): Consists of 2 parts:

• The number of rooms occupied (checkin/definite/tentative) of the filter day, taken from the room capacity, displayed as Total occupied room/Total vacant ready.
•  The value of the room capacity of that day, in parentheses, should match the room capacity.

• Today – Revenue (2):
• Total revenue of room charge group on filtered date

• Today – Avg price (3):
• Calculate  = Today Revenue / Today Room sold.

• MTD – Room sold (4): Consists of 2 parts
• Total number of rooms occupied (checkin/definite/tentative) from the beginning of the month to the filter date (for example: filter on 12/12, data will be calculated from 1/12 – 12/12), taken from room capacity, displayed as follows: Total occupied room/Total vacant ready. 
• The value of room capacity, in parentheses. Calculated as follows: [Total occupied room from the beginning of the month to the filter date] / [Total vacant ready from the beginning of the month to the filter date].

• MTD – Revenue (5):

• Total revenue of Room Charge group is calculated from the first day of the month to the filter date.
• In case the night audit has not been run today, the expected revenue from room charges must still be obtained.

• MTD – Avg price (6):
• Calculate = MTD Revenue / MTD Room sold.

• Monthly – Room sold (7): Consists of 2 parts:

•  Total number of rooms occupied (checkin/definite/tentative) from the beginning of the month to the end of the month of the filter date (for example: filter on 12/12, data will be calculated from 1/12 – 31/12), taken from room capacity, displayed as follows: Total occupied room/Total vacant ready.
• The value of room capacity, in parentheses. Calculated as follows: [Total occupied room from the beginning of the month to the end of the month of the filter date] / [Total vacant ready from the beginning of the month to the end of the month of the filter date].

• Monthly – Revenue (8):

• Total revenue of Room Charge group is calculated from the first day of the month to the last day of the month of the filter date.
• In case the night audit has not been run today, the expected revenue from room charges must still be obtained.

• Monthly – Avg price (9):
• Calculate = Monthly Revenue / Monthly Room sold.
